Hi, I'm Betsy! I'm a 1 year old girl with soft white fur, adorable calico-colored spots, and the most beautiful blue eyes you've ever seen. My full name is Betsy Beret, because I look like I'm wearing a little beret hat on my head! I was living in a colony of outdoor cats, and got spayed through a "trap & spay" program, which is why I have the tip of my ear notched. But I'm just so sweet and friendly that my foster mom always realized that I would be a great indoor kitty for someone, so she took me in! You could say I have gone from leaves and lizards to stuffed taco toys and salmon treats! I've been to the vet and am healthy, happy and ready to bond with someone special. Since I haven't been around a whole lot of people, I might be a little shy at first...but once I know you I'll roll on my back, purrr, and beg for stomach rubs! Additional Adoption Notes: Kindness for Cats is vehemently opposed to declawing cats. Any cat or kitten adopted through us must not be declawed. Adoptions are first come, first serve based on eligibility. Please make sure you are certain that having a cat or kitten will suit your lifestyle before adopting; it is not fair to the animals who are returned due to circumstances that should have been foreseen, such as allergies, roommates, or landlord issues.
